Do you know about the emotional intelligence? It is defined as intangible.  It has direct affect on how we handle our behavior, take wise decisions, and more. ·         Limited Emotional Vocabulary
Every person experiences emotions but only few of them recognize it when occurred. People with high emotional intelligence can easily master their emotions and can understand them. Here, you need to be more specific with your word choice for knowing what exactly you are feeling.

·         Making Assumptions Unnecessarily
This is the behavior many people have. In this behavior, one keeps on assuming anything performing any other task. This happens with those who lack emotional intelligence as they form opinion quickly and ignore any evidence to the contrary.

·         Don't Let go Mistakes
Mistakes are great lessons of life. Person once created a mistake need not to repeat it but to learn from it. But, what many of us do is keeping a hold on it. Staying for long on one mistake makes a person anxious. Thus, learn from your mistakes, but let them go.
